For hot oil treatment: Place Gro Mo in a container filled with heated water for about two minutes. Test the oil temperature on yo wrist. From yo scalp to yo ends , coat hurr in Gro Mo. Massage into yo scalp for about five minutes. Cover with a plastic cap and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes to overnight. Rinse out.
